html characters in search results

Hi Stefano,

if a search result contains html characters like ö or ß, then it appears is the search result. Can you fix this please?
Example: Please open https://leafext.info/leaflet-search/examples/popup1.html and input for search "B". This is your example popup.html, but restaurants are in Dresden and one street is called Böhmische Straße. I changed the name for test to Böhmische Straße.
