heimdall.hasMonitor is not a function

On trying to build I end up with TypeError: heimdall.hasMonitor is not a function

Using async-disk-cache@1.3.2 it appears as though it is depending on heimdall.hasMonitor being a function, and appears as though that version of heimdall (heimdalljs@0.2.5) doesn't expose heimdall.hasMonitor.

Here's the dep tree:

package.json calls for heimdalljs ^0.2.3 so I'm not sure how this even ever worked?

This issue seems to have gone dormant, and has not had additional reporters in 2 years.
If memory serves, this was related to quirks in heimdall that may have been sorted out...

I'm closing this, but will gladly reopen if it is still an active issue.
