Is there any support for .NETFramework,Version=v4.5

I am unable to install the package because my solution is using 4.5.

@jamespfluger FYI ASP.NET Core can run with .NET Framework.

ASP.NET must run with .NET Framework
ASP.NET Core < v3 can run with .NET Framework or .NET Core
ASP.NET Core >=v3 can run only with .NET Core (as mentioned in "Fully leveraging .NET Core" section of the v3 preview notes)
