GCP Retention Policy #36

Hi,

When using a retention policy (using GCP bucket):

scheduler:
cron: "*/1 * * * *"
retention: 1
timeout: 60

It doesn't actually only keep 1 file.

I am expecting it to remove the old file and upload the new file when retention is 1.

As documented here the retention applies to local storage only.
