Action containing html code is not correctly formatted in Actions table #9

When an action uses html content the Markdown document Action table is incorrectly formatted.

Fixed issue using the html tags <textarea disabled> and </textarea>. Fix is in the branch htmlformatting and will be merged into the other branches used to merge to main.
