For receipt of which I acknowledge, I, DEVELOPER NAME, hereby transfer to Steinwurf ApS (hereafter "Steinwurf") my entire right (including all rights under copyright) in my changes and enhancements to the program "PROJECT NAME", subject to the conditions below. These changes and enhancements are herein called the "Work.". The work hereby assigned shall also include any future revisions of these changes and enhancements hereafter made by me.
- I am the sole copyright holder and I have the right to submit the work under the license indicated in the file.
- I hereby transfer to Steinwurf, my entire right (including all rights under copyright) in my changes to the work.
- I hereby agree that if I have or acquire hereafter any patent or other intellectual property interest affecting the work, such interest will not be used to undermine the effect of this assignment. I.e. Steinwurf and the general public will be licensed to use, in this work and its derivatives, without royalty or limitation, the contribution.
- I hereby indemnify and hold harmless Steinwurf, its officers, employees, and agents against all claims, actions or damages (including attorney's reasonable fees) asserted by or paid to any party on account of a breach or alleged breach of the foregoing warranties. I make no other express or implied warranty (including any warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE).
- I understand and agree that this work and the contribution are public and that a record of the contribution (including all personal information I submit with it) is maintained indefinitely and may be redistributed consistent with this work or the license(s) involved.
