The prior version only included the BASE_URL line... starting in 1.4.3, the contents look like this:

BASE_URL=http://f0d4e-l-Elb-NSWU8CSQ4OR2-283963553.us-east-1.elb.amazonaws.com

Can you run mu -V env show <env_name> -f shell and share the output?
