ts-morph is incorrectly listed as a dev-dependency:

stencil-react-output-target/packages/react-output-target/package.json

Line 24 in ce410fe

"ts-morph": "^21.0.1",

This requires developer to additionally install the package in environments like pnpm which do not support ghost dependencies.
