fails as too early in install process

sudo mkdir /yakdata/apps/logs-docker-compose-builds

change the following to be 2.6.1

not seen

chmod -R 777 /yakdata/sysdata/R/4.1.1/site-library

docker-compose build shinyproxy rstudio nginx
