Installation error Airsonos Mac Yosemite

I installed the node v 12.0 and tried to follow the instruction guide, but after entering sudo npm install airsonos -g in terminal, all I got was this error:

Got the same error. Waiting patiently for a fix.

Work around is to use node version 0.10.36 for now. You can use https://github.com/tj/n to switch over easily.
