Can't connect to airsonos with both OS X and iPhone

Hi

I'm running airsonos on OS X 10.10.

• Installed Xcode from App Store and accepted license agreement
• brew install node
• npm install airsonos -g
• airsonos

Searching for Sonos devices on network...
Setting up AirSonos for Bathroom {10.0.1.37:1400}

My iPhone sees the airsonos AirPlay device, but when I select it, it instantly jumps back to the internal speaker again.

On OS X, I hold down alt and click the Audio icon, it sees airsonos also, but disconnects and says "can't connect to airsonos Bathroom".

Any ideas?

(Duplicate.) There's more discussion in #38, but I haven't been able to track down why this is happening. If possible, a wireshark dump would be helpful!
