Currently the ANSI colour codes are stripped out for when routing to a file, but no option is given to strip out the colours otherwise

This can cause some tools like Jenkins to have a messy output, if they don't have ANSI control code support (which Jenkins doesn't have by default, and needs this plugin to add it)
