Uninstaller does not remove Cygwin DLLs and executables #56

While verifying the Sepiola test case

I found that the uninstaller fails to remove Cygwin-related DLLs and executables.

It seams that we have to remove all DLLs and tools bevore deleting the /bin folder.
An approach is to delete the /bin folder even if it is not empty.
