Create a fresh new jinja template for global stats

also maybe rename the whole global stats to personal stats, including code, but that will have to be discussed with Mr. @miskfi

I'm not against renaming (even though to me "global stats" seems less ambigous), but if we do end up renaming it, I would strongly prefer to use only one name everywhere (GUI, code, template). And while we're discussing this, there are some other terms that we should unify across the codebase such as folders/dirs or names/participants.
