Adding query tests:
sequence/arguments: added test-case that included units for the weather;
rest/restWithParameters: added test-case to omit 2nd argument
rest/restWithConfigYaml: added first query test, likely only needs one.
Also added a few comments to rest/restWithParameters/api.graphql
