[minor] connectors view is not exaustive

In Plugsurfing version of Steve the "connector status" view is not as complete as the normal Steve version.

The view do not indicate status of each connectors but only for the 0 and last events on others connectors. It is surprising because information are well available in database.

Maybe it is a technical choice due to Plugsurfing specificity.

are you sure about this? both versions share the same logic and code. so, there is no difference actually.

a few months ago, i fixed the following issue: steve-community/steve#16

you should see one of the following for a charging station:

• either the connector 0 with the most recent status, or
• other remaining connectors with their individual statuses
