Introduction to Processing

Processing is an open-source development environment and programming language, designed for learning how to code. While it's very flexible and powerful, it's mainly used in the realm of visual arts. This guide will help you get started with it.

Requirements

As well as a Raspberry Pi with an SD card loaded with Raspbian, you'll also need:

  • 1 x Solderless breadboard
  • 1 x Tactile button
  • 1 x LED
  • 1 x 330 ohm resistor
  • 4 x Male-to-female jumper leads
