retain clipboard after using custom snippet

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
when i use any custom snippet, it overrides my previous copied text. although it might be useful if someone wants to paste snippet again and again (without going to Favourites -> My Custom Snippets -> "Snippet name")... but for usual case it should retain the clipboard i think.

A toggle/option/setting to enable or disable "retain clipboard content after pasting snippet".
