Copy Link to Page doesn't work on one workbook someone has shared with me - just realised bug - ' in notebook name

Describe the bug
I paste the link, click the link and get
We couldn't open that location.

ON's version (where you go to the page in the page list and right click) does work.

Just realised it is because the notebook as a ' in the name

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Goto shared Notebook (NB) page.
I right click "copy Link to page" (The One More version) for the Notenbook Jan shared
goto my NB
Paste
Click the link,
I get the error.
Do the same with ON version and it all works fine.
