export data store configuration to xml error

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create Data Source to SQL Server 2008 R2
2. Export Data Store Configuration to XML

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of the creation of the xml file, I get an Error window saying:
"Exception occured: System.Collections.Generic.KeyNotFoundException: The given 
key was not present in the dictionary. [...] "

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
FDO Toolbox 1.0.0.1251, Windows 7 Pro 32bits, SQL Server 2008 R2

Please provide any additional information below.
I've tryed with several FDO Toolbox versions and it worked in version 0.9.6 and 
1 beta 1, but newer versions (beta 2 and more recent) gave an error.
In beta 1 the message was different:
"Exception occured: FDOToolbox.Core.UnsupportedException: Cloning association 
properties is currently not supported [...] "
