shared/lrucache: import lrucache from storj.io/common
It's not used from uplink, therefore it's easier to manage from storj/storj itself, to avoid unnecessary bumps... Change-Id: I1f9b8972a530b1361aa7f98b0d3a6e27bd0418b5
