What is the best way to clone an existing Storybook Project locally so I can tweak it?

Summary

Hi, It's been six years since I've done any FE dev work so I'm a little rusty. I'm trying to copy a few Projects from here: https://storybook.js.org/showcase/projects Specifically the Shopify one.

I'm familiar with installing Storybook and getting it to run, not so much getting a cloned Project to run. That's what I've just done actually, I cloned the Git and tried to run it but the result is a fresh clean Storybook installation. I've carried out the process four times but I'm pretty sure I'm missing something.

Create a reproduction

Create a new folder > run VScode terminal in there > clone the Git > start Storybook.

npm install @shopify/polaris --save
git clone https://github.com/Shopify/polaris.git
npm run storybook
