Plugin not working not saving the group #91

I now added the https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/add-ons/multiple-memberships-per-user/

And it is not working… when i create a group add levels and refresh the page the levels are not saved.

Also on the member page there are no levels to choose from see images attached
