[Bug]: populateCreatorFields should be removed

Describe the bug

Documentation bug:
The Strapi v3 populateCreatorFields field does not exist anymore in Strapi v4, as per this post.
But it's still documented here in v4 docs as if it was still possible to use it, which is very confusing for people desperately trying to make it work.

Suggested improvements or fixes

1. if the populateCreatorFields really doesn't exist anymore, then the docs about it should be removed
2. The new recommended way of knowing who created a given record should be explained (if there is any), because it seems there is none, and if there is really no way to know who created what record in Strapi v4, then it makes Strapi impossible to use in a real-world CRM project.

Completely agree with you on point #2. I've been struggling with this all day and it seems like populateCreatorFields no longer works at all (and yes, I've tried populating it in my query).
