As a facilitator,
I want to know when all participants have finished adding their items.
So that moving to the voting stage is less awkward and I don't have to check with everyone repeatedly and let everyone know "lets give it another couple minutes", etc.

For the facilitator, this could function similar to the interface seen during the voting stage, when each user shows whether they are finished or not.

For participants, a simple button to click when finished should work. It should be reversible in case they click it accidentally or suddenly have another idea.

Optional:

  • Facilitators may not move to the next step until everyone indicates that they have finished. (might not make sense if individual status is not shown because facilitator couldn't check with specific people to finish)
  • Individual participant completion is not indicated to maintain anonymity. (not sure how important that is)

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Participants may indicate when they have finished adding items.
  • Participants may change their mind and go back to an unfinished state.
  • Facilitators are alerted onscreen when all participants have finished adding ideas.
