Summary

Bugged AMEX CVC validating. AMEX CVC can be 4 symbols only, but card.validateCVC() method returns true in case with 3 symbols.

@ViHtarb 3 digit CVC is valid in some rare cases for Amex, so we allow both 3 and 4
