- 2 cups rice, cooked
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 c chopped mushrooms
- 1/4 c butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- Sauté celery, onion, and mushrooms in butter until tender
- Stir in rice
- Add soy sauce in increments, stirring and tasting
My grandmother would make this and it was a childhood favorite of mine.
