support c4plantuml sequence diagrams

Description

recently, support has been added with v2.7:
https://github.com/plantuml-stdlib/C4-PlantUML/tree/master#c4-styled-sequence-diagram
using
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/plantuml-stdlib/C4-PlantUML/master/C4_Sequence.puml

It would be nice, if the cli export would produce meaningful sequence diagrams when using "plantuml.sequenceDiagram" true on views.properties. Currently it doesn't export anything meaningful.

Also, on a related note, it would be nice, if those sequence diagram export would also export URLs on interactive svgs, just like they already do now on collaboration diagrams with "plantuml.sequenceDiagram" false.
