@nicojs and I have some ideas on where we want Stryker to go in the future and what we want to support. Examples of this are Babel, Typescript, Webpack and ng-cli support.

Right now we don't have a way to show our roadmap, while we do have one. There are a few options: we could add a page to the website, but we could also use GitHub projects. Any suggestions?

Also, any plans on working with Flow?

Sorry for the slow reaction. We support flow using the stryker-babel-transpiler and stryker-javascript-mutator. You could try it out and if you have issues, please let us know.
