KB - A TiddlyWiki remix

A collection of changes to a base TiddlyWiki file :

• Initializing some SystemSettings to avoid cookie-based persistence
• Adding the DisableWikiLinksPlugin since I want to decide explicitly whether to generate a wiki link
• Adding a Markdown formatter, and marking new tiddlers as having default markdown formatting
• Some cosmetic changes like removing the title section and some CSS changes
• A convention of storing external resourcs related to a tiddler in 'content/images', 'content/pdfs'
• Saving backups in a 'backups' folder ... wow !
