Version number variable still reads 0.9.0 #42

The version number member variable in Genesis_Simple_FAQ still reads 0.9.0 in version 0.9.1 of the plugin:

We've seen issues caused by sites loading old copies of the JS files after update as a result.

Suggest either bumping it and updating in the plugin repo, or merging https://github.com/copyblogger/genesis-simple-faq/pulls as 0.9.2 and updating the version when that's released.
