For some versions of Palemoon now, pinned tabs expand to normal tab width when loading.
The last version of Palemoon where the problem didn´t occur is 31.2.0.1.
The position of the tab bar is not relevant.
If I disable Tab_Utilities it works as intended, but I miss many function of your addon. :(
I can reproduce it on two different systems, which also have, at least partly, different addons in Palemoon.
It would be really nice if you could look into it.

Thank you very much for reporting this issue. I don't use the pinned tabs feature myself so it's not something I test one new versions of Pale Moon. IF I understand correctly: the "pin tab" feature is supposed to make the pinned tab the size of a single icon, correct? If so, the fault seems to lie with the "faviconize tab" feature. That feature no longer seems to work (it hides the tab text but is unable to shrink the tab). Pinning a new tab pins it full size for me.
I must apologize beforehand as I do not know when I'll get around to begin fixing these TUP issues. It also seems that there is no easy workaround. (Maybe try creating a folder in the bookmarks toolbar and placing "pinned" tabs there?) I hope I can get my personal stuff in order soon-ish and devote more time to fixing these addon issues later in the year.
