没关注的话到关注那页，已关注就直接进入公众号。就和扫描二维码的结果一样。这种想法能实现吗？
怎么获取公众号的链接地址

H5做不到，除非微信支持这个能力，并且开放了这个能力。
具体可以去问一下微信技术支持
