Transaction field on Update makes it possible to specify the Transaction for a given update. Store will set this transaction before setting state. This makes it possible to drive animations from the update function.

Allow updates to specify transaction under which state update should take place.
This allows update functions to drive explicit animations. Animations, as well as state changes, can be specified.
