Download Video widget even when there is not video available on the page

Even i opened google, its displaying DOWNLOAD VIDEO (Since, there is no video on the webpage). Looks like an bug!

Also when i hover over the taskbar, i see "java-lang-thread" is this should be "Xtreme Download Manager" Correct me if i'm wrong.

Download video notification might appear if browser request for some video even in the background (video is not visible in page but is embedded to be shown later, or might be chrome's preloading feature, On my browser, its not showing though. )

And the taskbar issue, is it on linux? If so most of the time Java Swing does not play well with with Gnome or Kde.

As of now I am not getting much time to work on this project, but I will try to look at these issues whenever I get some time.

Is it possible to permanently hide this widget?
I'm using Arch Linux with Plasma.
