Support SQL Azure and ExecuteTypedList return multip values type #274

New version please update to add features to connect to SQL Azure, and when executing sql returns multiple values for a time

Like as:

ExecuteTypedList(out List,out List)

or

ExecuteTypedList<object, object>()

I am very interested in factors
