As we are using fc-list :lang=ja:scalable=true family style famiylang -> it return these fonts which are sclabale but not having the fontformat like CFF or TrueType
we have to use to get fonts which are scalable as well as having the fontformat 'CFF' and 'TrueType'
fc-list :lang=ja:fontformat=TrueType family style familylang and
fc-list :lang=ja:fontformat=CFF family style familylang
