Can someone add some php here? Page looks too shallow. Any feature would do, make it small and crisp. (Also slightly sensible)

Firstly I need another folder which has all the php code. In that I want a readme explaining how PHP works. Create one page of your own, then link it to the home.html page through the contributors button. Once that done, give me some suggestions as to what we can add.

I've finished a basic description of PHP and a small tutorial, do have a look.
