It should be possible to set the point of view (e.g., person parameter) to a method like pronoun(person=1) and just get the word "I" but instead it asks for the user's self-defined pronouns.

I think it should be possible to just intercept this particular keyword and specially handle situations when person=1 or person=2. The default is person=3 which is what our custom pronoun functions are all built around.
