各都市とも大きな混乱が起こった状態ではなかったようです。

Having been advised by the Commander-in-Chief of the Imperial Japanese Forces[BR[]] in Philippines that he has adopted beginning on the midnight of February 11, 1942,[BR[]] the Central Standard Time of Japan (Longitude East 135[ASIS[°][アキなし]]. the Meridian Standard[BR[]] Time) as standard time of Philippines.  I hereby announce. for the information and[BR[]] guidance of all concerned. that the time so adopted is same as the daylight-saving[BR[]] time mentioned in Executive Order No. 3 dated January 31, 1942, which is hereby con[BR[-]]tinued indefinitely.
