奇遇にもこの[[日光節約時]]実施によって[[フィリピン]]の時刻は[[日本]]の[[中央標準時]]

と一致することになりました。

行政長官の行政命令は、その形式が明らかに従来の大統領の布告を踏襲したものでした。
どちらもフィリピン人の行政トップのポストから発出した[[政令]]で、

両者の内容は概ね同じですが、
