* タッチ装置を持たないブラウザー

[[タッチ]]装置を有しない環境では [[Touch Events]] を無効にせざるを得なくなっています。
[[タッチ]]装置を有する[[デスクトップブラウザー]]や非 [[WebKit]] [[ブラウザー]]ではそのようなサイトは正しく動作しませんが、
有効な対策は見つかっていないようです。
