調査していないのか不明。
1年も経っていない古い版がサポート対象外とは考えにくいので、前者か。
だとすると最近書き直された処理が、
初めて時間変更を経験し、不具合が発覚したということか。

[[Cisco]] は言わずとしれた超大手企業。
[[夏時刻]]の歴史が長い[[米国]]の、
最先端[[IT]]技術者が最近書いたコードが、
基本中の基本の[[夏時刻]]表示に失敗したという事実は重い。
