Moved RoleBodyParts to rolesManager.ts as it's more explicit

To be more explicit, spawnManager has been renamed to roomManager.
It is now sorted by underpopulated room to spawn creeps in, however, it is still not deploying existing creeps to other rooms.
RoleBodyParts have also been moved to rolesManager, as it is concerning roles and not rooms.
