No Setup for time-zone (wish list)

Code always works in local time zone of the server.

If server is in different time zone, times of articles and comments will be displayed in server's time zone not users time zone. Perhaps a hack can fix this issue.

Otherwise script is excellent!

Thank you for suggestions, in the next releases (maybe v0.1.6) the whole source code is rewritten, but still maintain the core function. My reason is to make this source more hack friendly and easy to understand.
