Evaluate export options for Neptune data

While we don't think there is likely to be value in preserving the RDF, if it was straightforward/low cost, it may be worth preserving the data in Neptune. Do a time-boxed (e.g. 1-2 hours) investigation into export options to assess time cost and report back on the ticket.
