Update the search results page

Note that the suggestion feature for the search bar is separate: #1047.

Notable changes:

• more results per page
• map is now "sticky" and persists when scrolling down (this is mentioned as a possible feature for the GBL ticket related to making a view component for the map – ViewComponent - Index - Map geoblacklight/geoblacklight#1273; we may want to make the change there instead)
• facets look different
• active facets and search appear together at the top
• less detail per record in the list
• active facet count indicator numbers on the facets
• you can switch between brief view and detail view of each result

One note on the number of results on the page - let's default to 20 per page. It looks like Blacklight defaults are 10, 20, 50 and 100, and those options are fine.
