primary goals

• create the schema and active record models (what ActiveRecord models do we need? #141, create User model #171, turn BundleContext into an ActiveRecord model #172, job history ActiveRecord models #175)
  • fit current BundleContext validation into an ActiveRecord-usable approach (i.e. switch to using individual ActiveRecord validations instead of one monolithic validation method, but validate use the same validation logic at an individual parameter level, for the params we want to keep) (BundleContext should validate using ActiveRecord (blocked by #172, #182) #176)
  • paring down unnecessary logic and fields (Scope reductions/deletion #133 etc)
    • do whatever we need to to make implementation easier/faster
• job scaffolding (create pre-assembly worker (blocked by #125) #126, create discovery report worker #127)
• better testing, so we can see whether we're keeping stuff working while everything is in flux (basic integration/smoke test for run_pre_assembly #181)

  • try to run some pre-assembly stuff via a worker. even if invoking via worker isn't working fully, we want to prove to ourselves that it's possible in principle. (wire up pre-assembly code to ActiveJob worker class (blocked by #126, blocked by #254, blocked by #340) #85)
  • controllers (BundleContext controller should be able to hand off context to jobs #186)
