Persistent highlighting of search term from search page to results page to collection page

@dinahhandel -- we might need more detail and analysis about this feature request. It seems unusual to highlight matching terms from a search once you've navigated to a full record. The highlighting is typically to help determine whether a result is useful. I'm not sure what the use case is for showing highlighted matching search terms on a record page. It's also technically complicated because we'd have to keep track of the search context.
