Collapse arrow in Bookmarks is not easily visible in Dark theme

In the Dark and Darker themes, the collapse arrow in ToC is not easily visible.

The expand arrow is easily visible, though.

related to contrast colour inversion so sybols either same as text or alternatly would be best as mid grey (halfway between dark and light) and a background of 25% or 75% to suit but suspect that's lots of changes

I think that using the colour same as the text would be the best option.
